Returns Policy
We understand that items sometimes need to be returned for a variety of reasons. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receipt. Product must be in perfect condition with tags still in place and no sign of wear. You can return for refund minus 3% processing fee to the credit card used for purchase, even exchange, or store credit.
Items in perfect condition with tags in place and no sign of wear can be returned for store credit up to 30 days after receipt.
Returns shipping is ALWAYS FREE. Please return in the envelope item was received or something comparable. Initiate returns in our returns center.
All OUTLET merchandise is FINAL SALE.
—> Once you fill out the return request form a label (USPS or UPS) will be generated and sent to you via email to print and affix to your package. You have 3 days from receipt of label to get the package to USPS of UPS for processing.
